Gavin began his career at the age of 10, performing and training with the English National Opera in fourteen of their productions, which include Magic Flute (2nd Spirit, Covent Garden Festival) Street Scene, (Joe Connelly) with Lesley Garrett and Lohengrin (Godfrey, Swan). Gavin was also a member of the London Children’s Choir performing as a soloist in venues such as The Royal Albert Hall and Opéra de Paris in France .
Gavin worked extensively as principal vocalist for P&O, Norwegian Cruise Line and Crystal Cruises. He performed in the US as principal vocalist in Las Vegas for Bally's Hotel (Hire Notes inc) and starred as Lead Vocalist in Andrew Lloyds Webbers concert musical MUSIC OF THE NIGHT.
Gavin's London and UK tour theatre credits include Joseph in Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat , Kenickie (Grease) and young Elvis (Elvis the Musical). Gavin has been principal vocalist for the well know musical theatre review show "Back to Broadway" in their UK national tour, lead vocalist in the 50's and 60's musical "The Way We Were" and was recently chosen to play the part of the Phantom in "The Phantom of the Opera" a concert version that was performed at the Four Seasons hotel in Paris.
Gavin's work in the corporate arena has included high profile performances for Michael Schumacher, Liverpool FC, Noel Edmunds, Sir Richard Branson , Michael Buerk, Ross Brawn - BRAWN GP-, Gloria Huniford, Hilary Devey (BBC's Dragons Den), plus many other private concerts and corporate events as one of the Tenors in Concert.
Gavin would like to dedicate his website to his Dad who was his number 1 supporter. His dad was always there for him through the good and bad times. He sadly passed away after a long battle with cancer. He will sorely be missed by Gavin and his family.
